They wanted an IPE Brazilian Hardwood deck. The challenge was to build this costumized deck with around front edge and hidden fasteners.We digged out and leveled the surface where this special deck might be accommodated. All the hidden supports are underground and the special membrade keeps away the weed. The walls are constructed with reclaimed spruce. 

 

Every IPE work had costumized grooves in order to store special hidden support. We used the biscuit cutter for each of the over five hundred clips. Every cut was worthed, they came out smooth and straight.
